The Role

CyberSense reaches Latin America through our OEM and channel partners. This role owns those relationships. You will be the person Dell, IBM, Lenovo/Infinidat and Hitachi Vantara teams across the region call when they need CyberSense expertise, and the person who makes sure their sellers know how to position it in the first place.

This is a relationship and enablement role rather than a cold-calling one. You will spend your time building trust with partner sales and technical teams country by country, training them, supporting their customer conversations, protecting renewals in the existing base, and bringing new OEM partners up to speed as they are introduced. Success looks like partners who sell CyberSense confidently without you in every meeting.

You must be based in Latin America and able to travel across the region to be considered.

What You'll Do

• Own the Index Engines relationship with OEM and channel partners across Latin America, from field sellers and SEs up to regional leadership.
• Build a joint plan with each partner, agreed with your manager, covering pipeline targets, country coverage, and enablement milestones.
• Train partner sales and technical teams on CyberSense positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
• Support partner-led sales calls and customer meetings, bringing the CyberSense depth the partner rep does not have.
• Help partners surface and qualify opportunities inside their own install base, then co-sell those deals through to close.
• Protect the existing customer base: make sure licensing renews on time and growth opportunities inside those accounts are identified and addressed.
• Onboard new OEM partners as they are introduced in the region, from first enablement session through to their first closed deal.
• Represent Index Engines at partner events, regional conferences, and customer meetings across Latin America.
• Keep Salesforce current on partner activity, pipeline, and forecast so the region’s numbers hold up.
• Contribute to the region’s quarterly revenue goal.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 5 years of proven success in software sales, including at least 2 years building relationships and selling with OEM or channel partners.
• Demonstrated experience developing partner relationships across multiple Latin American countries, not a single market.
• Existing relationships with Dell Technologies, IBM, Lenovo/Infinidat, or Hitachi Vantara teams in the region.• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Comfort being the product expert in the room, able to train and enable a partner’s team rather than only sell alongside it.
• Willingness to travel across Latin America for partner and customer meetings.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective problem solving and time management.

• A bachelor's degree.
• Working proficiency in Portuguese for the Brazilian market.
• Prior storage, data protection, or security software experience.
• Experience onboarding a new OEM partner or distributor from scratch.
